So, for those who are unclear on what The Goose is about, here’s the gist:

We simplify and make actionable the key messages from leading business and personal development books.

We have fun, we make the messages applicable to everyday life, but ultimately, it’s about giving you ideas and action points in bite-sized pieces.  Some of you may have known this for a while, but it’s taken me 3 years to figure this out.  Funny how that goes, eh?  The closer you are the material, the more complicated it can seem.

So here’s my key takeaway – hopefully you can apply it your business as well:  If you’ve got your own thing going, there’s a reason you do what you do.  Don’t over complicate it, don’t get focused on the “how”.  Instead, think about the “what” – what do you want to provide, and how will it help people in your tribe?  Some would say the language isn’t important.  I disagree.  Knowing what you do (in 1 sentence) gives you a great sense of purpose, and a sense of calm.  Take a deep breath.  Take a few days away.  Figure out what you do.  Then come back and “give ‘er”, with everything you got.
